- GPs and services with little LGBTQ+ experience.
- Isolation that hits hardest for older and disabled people.

We want rural communities to be places where LGBTQ+ people are visible, valued and welcome. rural.lgbt is an Out Together project, building on its rural hubs, social events and digital inclusion work.
